Policy to Combat Violence and Harassment at Work
Laloo Cosmetics works systematically with the aim of supporting its staff to adopt and effectively implement all relevant provisions and laws on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
At Laloo Cosmetics we observe and respect Law 4808/2021 on Combating Violence and Harassment, which is adapted to articles 9 and 10 of Law 4808/2021 (Government Gazette Bulletin A΄ 101/19.6.2021), Decision 82063/2021 (Government Gazette Bulletin B΄ 5059/1.11.2021) of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, as well as international best practices.
Driven by a working environment in which respect for all prevails, we take all necessary measures to prevent and combat any potential or actual form of violence and harassment, manifested during work, including gender-based violence and harassment, as and sexual harassment.
We recognize and respect the right of every employee to a work environment free of violence and harassment and emphasize zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior of any kind by any person and strictly prohibit any form of violence and harassment that occurs in the course of work, whether associated with it either arises from it. Through the appropriate management and investigation mechanisms and with absolute confidentiality we deal with the management of these incidents.
